“Mom, I’m Right Here” is a way to know, every day, that someone you love is fine:
a parent answers with one button in Telegram, and the family sees the answer in the app.
The service is built around one simple principle: we store only what the family has
chosen to show each other — and we don’t look at it ourselves.
What we never do
We don’t track location — there is no geolocation in the app or the bot.
We don’t read chats — the bot only sees messages written directly to it.
We don’t sell or share data with third parties, and we show no ads.
We don’t use the family’s data to train anything.
We never ask for SMS codes, passwords, or money in a conversation.
What we store
The parent’s name, city and time zone, and their preferred morning time — so we write on time and by name.
The parent’s Telegram account identifier — so the bot knows whom to write to.
Button answers (“all is well” / “not great”) and their time — this is the history the family sees.
Messages, voice notes and photos the parent chose to send the bot for the family, and postcards the family sent to the parent.
Medication names and times, if the family enabled reminders.
Answers to the “question of the week” — family stories visible only to the family.
The child’s display name in the app and a technical token for phone notifications.
Everything listed above is visible only to your family: the parent and the people they
or their children connected via the family link. There is no “public” access of any kind.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a cloud database (Supabase) and processed by Cloudflare
infrastructure. Connections are encrypted. Postcard photos are kept only until
delivery and deleted right after it; if delivery never happens, the photo
deletes itself within a week.
Visits to righthere.family are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies,
no visitor identification, only aggregate page views, countries and referrers.
How to delete everything
The parent can message the bot /stop at any moment and choose “Stop completely” —
the bot goes silent and their data is deleted.
The family can ask us to delete everything — the account, the history, the weekly
stories — by writing to us from any connected device.
